Please CONFIRM that ALL your information on any service application is correct. Based on the accuracy of the information you provide, your carrier of choice will provide you service with zero deposit or a refundable deposit - be as accurate as possible. To protect our customers, credit card names and billing address must match the information included on your order form. Otherwise, your FREE PHONE will not pass our security procedures, we have the right to suspend or terminate your application and refuse any and all current or future services offered.

By submitting your application, you agree to the terms within.

It's called CLEAR PAY, which means if you buy your phone, SPRINT PCS give you a chance, you pay your bill on time and you keep your account. Plus if you account is in good standing after the first month, you'll get a CASH rebate from SPRINT PCS.

YOU MUST NOT HAVE AN OUTSTANDING BALANCE WITH SPRINT PCS TO QUALIFY FOR THIS PROGRAM!

Activation is subject to credit approval by the carrier; a deposit may be required. Deposit required customers may opt to post the deposit by check or credit card. A customer service representative will assist deposit customers directly. You will receive an email or phone call within 24 hours.

Your deposit will be refunded to you in 12 months with 6% interest as long as your monthly payments are made on time. The cellular carrier will hold your deposit.

All approved orders are shipped within 4 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Every plan comes with a 1 year service contract. You may keep the FREE cellular phone. For early cancellation. However, you will be charged a $100 to $150 service fee plus penalties (depending on rate plan) Night and Weekend minutes on all other plans are: Monday- Thursday 8PM to 7AM & Friday 8PM to Monday 7AM.

Eligibility requirements, pricing, features, accessory pack and calling areas are subject to change without notice. Your service is subject to the Terms and Conditions contained in your Sprint PCS Welcome Guide, which is included with your phone or available at point-of-purchase.

There is a minimum $15 Shipping fee added to all orders. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

There is a $34.99 activation fee charge on the first bill.
