Mobile Phone Contracts

All mobile phones (excluding pre-pay and all in one) are subject to a minimum 12-month contract. Network acceptance is subject to status. Proof of identification and residence will be required. Unless indicated otherwise all phones excluding pre-pay and All in One phones) have a small connection fee that will be billed to you directly from the carrier.

IMPORTANT:

Any mobile phones activated through Cellularphonespecials.com are sold at a subsidized price. You may cancel your order within 7 working days, however after these 7 days we reserve the right on cancellation of service or itemized billing during the remainder of your airtime providers agreement, to levy upon, and to be paid by you, a charge of $35 from any cancellation. The 7 working days cancellation period begins the day after receipt of the goods. Any payment will be debited from your credit/debit card. If the mobile phone purchase is free, we reserve the right as part of our credit rating procedure to debit and immediately credit your credit/charge card for the amount of $35.00.

Guarantee

All products come complete with a 12 months manufacturers guarantee. Additional insurance and/or extended warranty is available on certain products.

Delivery - Mobile Phones

All mobile phones include the cost of delivery within USA subsequent to the clearance of relevant details and/or documents. All mobile phone orders will be connected to the network of your choice and then dispatched for delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for late delivery due to insufficient or wrong information provided by the customer upon ordering, or delays in the connection process due to insufficient or wrong information provided by the customer upon ordering.

Delivery Times

Courier delivery times are 9.00am 5.00pm Monday to Friday. (Saturday deliveries cannot be guaranteed). All courier deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If any item is currently out of stock we will advise you on an expected delivery date. Should you decide not to wait your order may be cancelled at no cost to you.

Returns

If upon receipt of your order the goods are not of a satisfactory condition, faulty or are no longer required, you may reject them within 15 working days for either replacement or full refund. These 15 working days begins the day after receipt of the goods. Replacements whenever possible will be dispatched upon receipt of the original faulty item, within 24 hours. In the event you have to return any item please make sure where ever possible that the item is boxed in its original packaging. Also make sure that enclosed is the receipt of purchase.

Pricing

Unless indicated otherwise all our prices include VAT and delivery. Any cash back, vouchers, free gifts or similar incentives are restricted to one payment or free gift per customer.

Complaints

If for any reason you have a complaint about any aspect of our service we will endeavor to respond to your complaint within 24 hours.
